398win Terms and Conditions – Rules, Accounts & Bonus Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of 398win, accessible at 398win.pro and through the 398win Android application. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 398win.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 398win you must meet the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 398win does not accept registrations from anyone under 18, regardless of the laws applicable in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a self-excluded player or otherwise voluntarily blocked from gaming platforms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer or associate of 398win or any of its affiliate or partner companies.

398win reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and payment method ownership at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one active account on 398win. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you personally initiated it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 398win support immediately.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your login credentials — is not permitted.
• 398win may close or suspend an account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms are being violated.

4. Deposits

All deposits at 398win are processed in PKR. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. 398win does not charge a platform fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

• The minimum deposit is PKR 300 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, PKR 500 for Raast and card deposits, and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 398win reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.
• 398win may impose deposit limits or decline specific deposit requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or irregular activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business hours depending on the receiving bank.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any subsequent point as determined by 398win's compliance process.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 below.
• 398win reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request pending verification of account information, payment details or the source of funds.
• Any withdrawal found to have been generated through fraudulent means, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms may be declined in full.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

398win offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of claiming, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds and tracked independently in your account.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier is displayed for each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per player, per household and per device.
• 398win reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts, fraudulent methods or in breach of these Terms will be void, and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from free bets may be converted to withdrawable balance after meeting any stated wagering requirements.
• All promotions are subject to expiry dates stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus balance that expires will be removed from your account without compensation.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets on 398win — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing your bet. These rules govern outcomes including void bets, abandoned matches and incomplete events.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, 398win will investigate the logs and the outcome of any affected bet will be determined based on the platform's records, which are final.
• If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the specific market rules and how much of the event was completed.
• Live in-play betting markets update in real time. Players are responsible for verifying the current state of a market before placing an in-play bet. Any bets placed at incorrect or outdated odds due to a data delay may be voided at 398win's discretion.
• Casino games, slots and live casino outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer dealing. 398win does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and gaming sessions. These limits are displayed within each market or game before play.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 398win and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any tool designed to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Collusion between players to manipulate the outcome of a game, exploit a bonus or extract funds from the platform fraudulently.
• Placing offsetting bets — hedging positions designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome for the purpose of clearing bonus wagering requirements — known as "bonus abuse".
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds on behalf of another player.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's software, security or payment systems.

9. Responsible Gaming

398win is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, and we encourage all players to use them. Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to generate income.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) can be set from account settings and take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders are available to alert you when you've been active for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion allows you to block your own account for a defined period. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• 398win is for adults aged 18 and above only. If you believe someone underage is accessing the platform, contact us immediately.

10. Privacy & Data

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, 398win shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, technical failures, connectivity issues, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

• 398win does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily restrict access.
• Odds and game content are provided for entertainment. Winning outcomes are never guaranteed.
• 398win is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• In the event of a display error, pricing error or system malfunction, 398win reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions, and will communicate this to affected players as promptly as possible.

12. Changes to These Terms

398win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, registered players will be notified via their account email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 398win after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, you should cease using the platform and request account closure through support.
